When my furnace went out 4 years ago I had four different companies come out to give me a quote. The prices varied, as did their sale's pitch. My final call was to iDeal air where I met Richard. He explained everything with no pressure to buy anything more than just what I needed, unlike the previous ones who insisted I needed several other things. Since then I've kept their VERY reasonable maintenance plan which includes Fall & Spring checkups, and they service BOTH my Furnace AND my AC which I had purchased elsewhere! They keep me aware of all that they are doing and it has been four years of blissful peace of mind for me. Calls and emails are answered immediately and I see the same familiar face with each visit. I can't put a price on the service I have received. I will never go anywhere else. I could not be more pleased!!

Had my furnace and humidifier tuned up. Technician protected my house with shoe covers. He did an excellent job at a great price. I also got a coupon for a free air conditioner tune up in the spring. Will definitely use them again.
