Average Americans in Lenexa spend nearly 90% of their time indoors. For the infants, the elderly and the urban residents, in Lenexa this percent of time is likely to be higher. Studies show that indoor air pollution can be two to five times to sometimes 100 times higher than outdoor air pollution.
This puts the citizens in Lenexa to a greater risk of contracting various diseases from Lenexa indoor air pollutants. In fact, the US Environmental Protection Agency, EPA ranks poor indoor air quality one among the top five public health risks. Common diseases and symptoms are associated with poor indoor air quality.

Customer has no A/C on a Carrier air conditioner. System needs an air-conditioner tuneup, plus, it is short of Freon. Perform full AC tuneup. Check the system operation. Charge the system to proper R-22 temperatures and pressures.
Perform spring air-conditioner tuneup. The pressures are very low and temperatures also are very low. That indicates poor airflow or a restricted evaporator coil. Fan capacitor is bad and filters are very dirty. Replace both and recheck the system. Check the Freon charge. Check for R22 pressures and temperatures. The repair made very little difference in operation. The furnace and air conditioner need to be replaced.
Perform spring maintenance air-conditioner tuneup. Turn off the Aprilaire humidifier. Replace the Air Bear filter. Check the Ecobee thermostat. Check the furnace blower motor. Wash the York condenser unit. Check the capacitor and contactor. Check the Freon levels. Verify proper R410 a pressures and temperatures.
