Be wary of hiring a company over a cheaper price.  They may not have the proper licenses or adequate insurance (if any at all) to protect you.  Ideal Air Heating and Cooling carries all required licenses to operate in Johnson County and is fully insured for Worker's Compensation as well as $2 million of liablility insurance.  If there is an accident or injury on your property, and the contractor does not have adequate insurance, you can be held liable.  Don't let that happen to you.  Ask for proof of insurance, licenses, and referrals.
