To make sure that happens we provide these guarantees:

One year trial Guarantee:  We like to call this our 365 day test drive.  If, after a full year, for any reason, you decide you don't like the system, we will remove it and return your entire purchase price.

Comfort Guarantee:  If we cannot get heating or cooling to your home within 24 hours during a warranty repair, we will pay to have you stay in a local hotel.

No Lemon Guarantee:  If the compressor in your air conditioner or heat pump fails in the first five years, we will not replace the compressor.  We will install a completely new outside unit.  If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.

Low Price Guarantee:  WE WILL NOT BE UNDERSOLD. If, within 60 days of your installation, you find a lower price on a comparable system from another licensed, insured, contractor, we will gladly refund to you 110% of the difference.
