Should you repair or replace your system? 

Problems with your air conditioning or heating system can be scary, stressful, expensive, and even dangerous.  How much is it going to cost?  How long will it last?  These charts are meant as a guide for you to use to make the best decision for you.  Today's air conditioners last an average of 8 to 12 years.  Furnaces are a little better.  They last an average of 12 to 15 years.  When you are faced with a repair bill that may be several hundred dollars and your system is 10 years old, sometimes replacement becomes the most logical repair.  Just ask us.  We will gladly do a free energy analysis of your home.  Sometimes replacing your old furnace or air conditioner with a new high efficiency system will pay for itself in energy savings.
